I am a psychotherapist based in Cambridge currently working at CB1 Psychotherapy Centre. I work with adults predominantly using the psychodynamic method. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their code of ethics. I have trained at the University of Essex on their MA course in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling, and also hold a level 3 Access to Counselling certificate (Integrative).

I have experience with but not limited to anxiety, bereavement, self-harm, stress, depression, abuse (including emotional, sexual, physical, domestic and neglect), trauma, and OCD.

I am also experience in and have a special interest in LGBT+ issues including sexuality and gender, and the themes which arise from neurodiversity.
